The questionnaire instrument will encompass a target population of hospital leaders, operations managers, and human resources personnel as well as nursing and other clinical managers who have direct reports to determine if current human resources practices are effective. The responses that are provided will be evaluated based upon reported rates of retention, turnover, employee satisfaction, and other concerns.
