2.Parliament Act 1911 and Parliament Act 1949 (taken together)
3.Public Order Act 1986.
Write a short essay explaining that law and why you think it is important in the UK constitution, and critically evaluating its impact on the UK constitution.
At the start of your answer, you should state which piece of law you have chosen. Your essay should focus on evaluating the importance of the law to make an argument as to how and why the law is important, based on evidence from the attached materials. (1000 words maximum)
