Research the job requirements of a school leader by reviewing your states Department of Education website ( Connecticut. In a 3 page paper, identify your strengths and weaknesses as an educational leader in comparison to those job requirements. Address specific areas of leadership responsibilities (human resources, emergency procedures, communication with stakeholders, ethical decision making, writing skills, diversity, assessment, etc.). Discuss what you know and what you need to learn. Be honest and thorough.
