Use the F.I.U. Library to research a company based in the U.S. that is experiencing labor-related issues. Discuss the company’s policy toward labor and specific labor-related issues. Recommend policies and procedures to administer a labor contract and resolve disputes. Develop a tactic for negotiating a labor agreement and dealing with possible impasse that may be in the collective bargaining process. Determine if any of the parties in the collective bargaining negotiation can leverage any pressure that will help resolve that dispute. The paper should be a minimum of 4 pages in length. Use at least three (3) quality references (your book could be used as one reference). Note: Nonacademic websites and Wikipedia will not suffice as academic sources.
