    In this video, Dr. Schmidt explains how climate modeling is done. Then he explains how climate models can be compared to actual data collected to check on the reliability of the model. Write your initial post to reply to these questions:

    How has this information changed (or not changed) your understanding of how climate science works? 
    Do you think this explanation of how climate modeling works would convince more people to trust the results of climate studies? Why or why not? 
    Do you think Dr. Schmidt is a good communicator of scientific information as he advocated for the reliability of climate modeling? Why or why not?
