Analyze and/or apply some aspect of communication and negotiation in employee relations.
In this paper you could develop, and produce a detailed strategy for how to implement, a training session on some area of communication and negotiation in employee relations for a given organization. The training session produced could either be a workshop or a written information packet. The paper should consist of two major sections;
(1) A rationale for why the training material is needed in the organization. Your rationale should be supported by relevant research on theorganization;
(2) A detailed training packet. The packet should include all information and materials that will be used. It is expected that a literature based rationale for why you chose the specific material included in the training would be provided.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
