Tests of job candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, or other characteristics provide organizations with important information about applicants during the selection process, provided that the tests used are reliable, valid, and job-related. For this assignment, you will choose one employment test and provide an analysis of the properties and use of this test. This assignment will be no more than 3 pages, and students will work individually.
