Attached is project 1 & 2 to guide you in writing the final project. Below is the instruction for the final project.
Choose an Oklahoma based company with little or no International exposure and develop a report detailing a specific International strategy in order to more effectively reach their goals.

1.    What mode of entry will you choose to enter the new market? Describe the way you will implement the strategy.
2.    Describe which of the 4 strategic choices for a multinational enterprise you will utilize, and more importantly, why that strategy is the correct one for your long range objectives.
3.    Outline your strategy for International knowledge management. Detail in your knowledge management plan how explicit and tacit knowledge will be developed, leveraged, and transferred.
4.    How will you implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) in your expansion efforts? Can CSR be strategically leveraged in your new host country?
The report should be 2 pages minimum, 5 page maximum, plus a reference page.

APA formatting:
1.    Times New Roman 12 point font.
2.    Double spaced.
3.    One inch margins, headers, and footers.
4.    No title page or abstract required.
5.    No extra spaces before or after paragraphs.
6.    Top header should include your name and Final Project: Part 2. The header should be 1 inch
7.    Include an APA reference page.
8.    Use at least 3 in text citations (1 on the company, 1 on the country, 1 from the book)
