Write a complete APA formatted reference and then begin the critical appraisal. All annotations must begin with a full APA formatted citation per annotation. Each annotation should include the following elements

Source summary, study type, research design, problem statement, research question or hypothesis, concepts of relevance, study location, population, sampling method, measures, and relevant (key) findings. This is not a book review or narrative. Stick to the science
.Connection, note how the source will help address the health issue/problem. ***Once the student completes their annotations, the student is to write a final paragraph summarizing/synthesizing their articles with a conclusion statement. There will be 5 (five) annotations and a paragraph synthesizing the five article
