The development and expansion of London Heathrow Airport have been an ongoing concern since 1993 (Economist, 2020). Various administrations have both backed and then dismissed the plans over this period of time, however in December 2020 a point of law was overturned, and the current Conservative Government has once again initiated the plans. This situation requires a thorough review with a particular focus on the stakeholders affected by these plans.
