PART TWO: USING 100 WORDS RESPOND TO THIS POST WHICH IS AN ANSWER TO THE SAME QUESTION AS IN PART ONE WRITTEN BY A PEER. PLEASE STATE WHETHER YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE AND WHY.

The one concept that has always been most difficult for me is creating short-term wins. I am an all-or-nothing kind of person, so realizing and celebrating short-term wins is difficult for me. I recently changed careers. This career is all about short-term wins with long-term goals. This concept was new to me and caused me to struggle for much longer than I had hoped to struggle.

Short-term wins help employees feel good about themselves. When people feel good about themselves, they help the change to progress forward. This will make a big difference in the momentum and results of the change management process. Short-term wins need to be clear, unambiguous, clearly connected to the change initiative, real, visible, tangible, and ensure that the picture has been created so that the employees can see the results for themselves.

Change is scary, but it is inevitable. The only human who generally desires change is a baby in a wet diaper.

Since January, I have started creating, realizing, achieving, and celebrating short-term goals. Because of this, I am becoming more confident and more successful daily.
