There is a figure in 13.2 that illustrates transformation processes.  In one or two paragraphs, explain how what you do (or intend to do) at work can be described in that way.  For instance, if youre a physician, you have inputs of people who dont feel well, your transformation process involves using your knowledge, medicines and equipment to treat the condition that is afflicting them and your output is (hopefully) patients who return to good health.  This can be useful for your perspective, particularly as you see how your actions might fit into the overall process.
