First, read the article regarding “Universal Basic Income.” Then write a position paper in which you argue either in support of, or against, a universal basic income in the U.S. Make sure to support your argument with at least three key points and support these arguments with sources. You can access the ULV library for sources or you can use internet sources.
Make certain to provide a “Sources Cited” page. You do not have to include a cover page but if you do, it does not count toward the page minimum nor does the “Sources Cited” page.
The paper must be a minimum of 4-5 pages (more is fine). It must be in 12-point font, with one-inch margins and double-spacing. You may use either APA or MLA format. Please upload either a Word or Google document. I cannot open any other type of files and doing so will delay the grading of your paper.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
