In groups, choose a topic related to one of the novels themes.
Write an inquiry question about the topic. In other words, write a question that asks what it is you want to know about the topic. Pick something that is important, relevant, and debatable.
Find and read at least two credible articles. Cite them.
Find any video clips, photographs, charts, graphs, etc. that help answer your inquiry question and that will help you present to your classmates.
Come to a conclusion (an answer to the question). This might also include a solution or recommendation based on your answer to the question.
Present your question, research findings, and conclusion to the class make a connection from the theme to what you have been reading in Billy Lynn. Using your research, you will put together a five minute presentation with visuals to present to the class.
