With an approximate length of a four-to-six-page paper (double spaced, 12 point font), detail a single LMX theory relationship you have been involved in. In this paper, take a chronological approach to the relationship. In each paragraph, list the milestone that occurred in the relationship, the value and communication behavior revealed by the milestone, and where you and your supervisor fit on the LMX Theory relationship.
