Several of the course readings have explored the question of who are good parents? The authors have highlighted some of the issues that parents face when trying to prepare their children for successful educational journeys. In your three-page response, answer/reflect on the following questions: 

What are the issues for good parents who are middle-class+?
What are the issues for good parents who are poor-working class?
How do some “good parents” perpetuate inequities in education?
Support your argument with class readings (also video from the upcoming May 13th class).  Cite your sources or references. For example, if you are referring to Nelson Floress article the citation is (Flores, 2015).  Other examples can be found in the reading. Regarding citing sources, there is no limit.
