Basic Information

2. How long did it last?
The concert last 2 hours and 30 minutes, from 7:00pm-9:30pm.
3. How many pieces were performed? What were they called and how many movements were in each? Who composed each piece?
4. What is the name of the conductor? What were the names of the principal or solo performers? If there was a violin soloist, or a special horn solo, or any kind of very significant solo that happened several times throughout the piece, note the name of that player.
5. What types of instruments were played and/or what types of voice parts were featured? List all the instruments used in this concert. You do not have to write complete sentences for this question.
6. Was there any special purpose to the concert? Is there a story behind the music? If so, explain. You can often find the story in the Program Notes when you attend live concerts. Otherwise, you can do research online to learn about the pieces.
