Lab Write Up
Write up the paper as an experimental paper.
There should be an
1. introduction,
2. methods-> The methods section should simply refer to the descriptive data of the subjects.
3. results
4. discussion section- > Within the discussion, analyze whether each test performed in the lab was valid.
This should be accomplished through your understanding of elements from the semester and peer reviewed research.
Finally, analyze your data based on your ranking within the class and address certain elements of training that can improve some of your metrics.

Compare numbers to normative data, both in text and published resources
Strengths, weaknesses of athlete based on class data
