In this paper, you should draw from the final module of this unit to reflect on the way that Americans today still “play Indian,” such as, the Boy Scouts; Mascots; and claims of Indian ancestry.  The student will provide a description of each of the three (3) instances examined in this module and make make a strong claim, supported by evidence, about the role of playing Indian in American identity. The paper should be 2-3 pages in length and provide specific examples drawn from the course materials.
