The second through fifth paragraph should provide a brief summary of the
book. They should include (but are not limited to) location, persons of
interest, and description of the crime. These paragraphs should address the
basic questions who, what, how, when, where, & why. More paragraphs
can be added if needed.
The sixth and seventh paragraphs should discuss how this book relates to
forensic science. These paragraphs should discuss concepts as well as
techniques. These paragraphs must include techniques used in the
investigation.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
