The outline of the paper should include:
1.    Introduction to company and their code of ethics
2.    Target audience for the code of ethics (include all)
3.    Strengths of the code of ethics based on course material and outside resources
4.    Weaknesses of the code of ethics based on course materials and outside resources
5.    Recommendations to improve/expand/revise company ethics guidelines
