Given the sort of data presented here, why is a bar chart a logical way of displaying the information? Why would these data not be a good candidate for, say, a pie chart? Would the table or the chart be effective on a PowerPoint slide? Why or why not? How does the use of color in the table make it easier for someone to find trends in the use of a particular food group?
