I want you to work on the problem statement, I already wrote it but I need you to check for grammar errors and (add) a reference or two for Microsoft Access. I will write what should be included in the problem statement. I will attach two files one is report itself called CSA and the other is the project proposal if you need to look at it for info.

Brief introduction to the company, the particular department or business unit you are working with, and the process or operation you are trying to improve.  Identification of the problem and why its solution is important to the company. 

I need one more thing from you also, I need you to find me a reference or two on Microsoft Access. The reference should say information on hardware or software, etc.  Cite them using numbers according to IEEE format. The reference should say why it’s beneficial to use Microsoft Access to collect data, etc.
