I want you to work on the executive summary only. Here what should be included in the Executive summary: 

Two sentences on the company and the nature of the problem. Two sentences on your project objectives. Paragraph on the methodology used to complete the CSA.  Paragraph on results including surprises, major findings, revisions to assumptions or constraints, and potential opportunities for solutions.

I will attach two files one is the CSA and the other is the project proposal you can see what we wrote before.
