Students will write a business report of between 1500 and 2000 words demonstrating their ability to research, review and analyse a key topic of interest in HR and talent management as well as assess links between talent management strategies and business goals. Through this assignment students will gain a deeper understanding of issues that are currently being discussed extensively by HR professionals, line managers and academics on how effective talent management practices may help to improve organizational performance.
