This 2-3 page paper should articulate your personal leadership philosophy. This paper should be structured around 4-5 core values that guide your approach to leadership. You should identify and explain the value, then provide examples of what each value look like in practice. Your statement must clearly demonstrate your understanding of communication and ethics and should cite at least three academic sources from the course readings.

As you write this paper, consider the following questions: What does it mean to be an ethical leader?  What is good leadership communication? What core values anchor your own personal leadership philosophy? Why are these values important to you?
