        What was the team composition (how many members, ages, gender, ethnicity/race, position in organization)

        Setting in which the team worked (name of business/college, where did the team meetday/times/length of meetings/number of meetings)

        Purpose of the team (what were you supposed to accomplish)

        Process team used to make decisions (include here how you decided on time/day of meeting
