Students must identify and compare the differences between CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). The overall grade will be based on student’s ability to (1) identify, compare and evaluate differences between the two statutes; (2) recognize and recommend provisions which should be included in international contracts; (3) conduct research, use technology and communicate clearly and concisely.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
