In Research Project: Leader Selection you will identify two leaders to research for the project. Select two historical leaders (non-political) with one having made a positive contribution in a leadership role (i.e., effective leader) and the other having made a negative contribution in a leadership role (i.e., ineffective leader).

The leaders selected should be contemporary, non-political figures in history (post the year 2000).

You are encouraged to select leaders along the lines of your perceived leadership self-assessment results from Module 1; which serves as an overview of your leadership style. You should select a well-known (non-political) leader that has plenty of data/research detail rather than simply selecting leaders that you have heard of or have researched in the past. You will use the Library and other reliable sources to assist in building your research project.
