The paper should identify the major issues described in the case study and the key decisions made by the project manager (and stakeholders) to organize the project team and design, test, and implement the system. Your analysis should be based on the case, our class discussion, the course textbook, and outside research. Do not simply provide a summary of the case itself, but rather examine what might have been done differently to resolve the issues and improve the likelihood of the projects success. Since the case study takes place in a previous IT era, do NOT focus on the technology, but concentrate on the project management, leadership, organization, team dynamics, coordination, project workflow and processes, risk management, and/or major decisions. All work and writing should be the students own individual work, except as properly noted.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
