This is a letter to the congressman about climate change, in this letter, you should include:
1. Why you feel climate change is a critical issue that should take priority over other issues.
2.How and in what ways climate change will directly impact you (as a constituent), your family, and your community.  Usually 3-5 bullet points of facts, figures, or other similar information.
3. Recommend support for any upcoming legislation (for climate change this will mostly be in omnibus funding bills that provide money to operate the US government).  So pretty general.
4. What are recommendations that you have (i.e. increased funding for home insulation).  Give a short reason why this recommendation (usually 1-2 sentences).
