In essay format (ie, introduction, body and conclusion), plus provide a 2 paragraph each, summary of the 3 articles in this module (8 paragraphs total: 1 intro, 2×3=6 body, 1 conclusion). Do not use headings/subheadings – use transitions statements that logically link/segue from one article to the next. Your paper should read as one cohesive document.
Be sure to address these specific issues/questions in each summary. Review/consult the assignment guidelines in Module C:
Chapter 1: What is a gender diversity approach and why do the authors argue that it is important?
Chapter 2: What is the author’s position on theories – that is, do they suggest that one is ‘better’ than the others?
Calas et al: Why do the author’s prefer the 2nd, social constructionist perspective (gendered organizations) over the traditional perspective?
