Has COVID-19 created a whole new of reviews that restaurants need to monitor and address aside from, service, atmosphere, food quality & presentation, and price versus value?
2. How are restaurants responding to COVID related complaints? Do you notice that brands are responding more to on-line reviews especially when they are COVID related?
3. How can Localyser leverage COVID related reviews in sales and marketing: Plus, do we even need to develop to a special feature to help clients in this based on your findings?
