Like many non-profit organizations, Medicines for the People received much of its funding via grants, as it does in the case study. As such, the grant-providing entity is a stakeholder in the initiatives the organization is to put in place. The local populations are also stakeholders as the successful implementation of the program is perceived to create a positive change for the community. How would creating partners out of the stakeholders assist in the facilitation of the project?
