Please follow all instructions. English 112: Final Exam
For your Final Exam, compose a short essay of 500-750 words about your experience of the events of the past two months. That is, how have you been affected by the COVID 19 pandemic? Consider choosing a focus for this work: maybe your professional/working life has been especially impacted, perhaps your familial life, or your academic life. You may write about several subjects, but remember that the work needs to be well organized, and is only meant to be 500-750 words.
This assignment is not meant to drudge up any personal traumas, so do not feel, in any way, compelled to write about any part of your life youre not comfortable sharing. But Ive always negotiated the process of living through writing, and it seems like a good lesson to share with you all at the end of this difficult term: writing as catharsis, as a means of navigating the often complicated circumstances of life.
