Consider 4 administrative fallacies discussed in our readings: (1) stagnation (Schneider), (2) consolidation (Atkinson), (3) formalization (Sandhu), and (4) simplification (Inigo). What are these pathologies of modern public administration? What are some ways, according to these authors, in which the pathologies can be eliminated to achieve ethical public administration?
