Structure & Rubrics for Executive Summary:
    Synapsis of the strategy challenge (Rubric: How far it captures the attention of potential employers).
    Relevance to the team (Rubric: How far it presents the authors personal capital of focus and maturity) 
    Methodology of data collection (How far it illustrates investment to the authors social capital capabilities of connecting with the company, industry, and markets)
    Rigor of added value (How it justifies the authors professional capital capabilities to analyze and solve a real-life challenge with rigor and relevance)
