Include name of product, quality levels, expected sales volume, expected tariffs or restrictions, packaging requirements, method of transportation, warranties offered (and how the warranty will be fulfilled), countries of destination, business relationship with buyers, insurance considerations, compliance with U.S. Law, adoption to cultures of receiving countries, dispute resolution and challenges.
