How would you approach the challenge of keeping a wide variety of students, with an even wider range of interests and abilities engaged in the classroom? What are your personal strengths that will help you? What weaknesses must you overcome and how? What practices have you observed as a student that you think were helpful? Be specific about actual techniques or approaches you would use to keep everyone engaged (types of group work, classroom layout, etc.). Final paper should be between one and one and a half pages (single spaced) in length.
