As a new healthcare administrator, you are in charge of orientation of new employees regarding employment law. You will need to give a presentation to new employees regarding important healthcare laws that affect them and your business. You will select the laws that are most important for these employees to understand.

Instructions

In this assignment you will create a PowerPoint presentation to help new employees understand employment laws that directly affect them and their work.

You will select four employment laws from your reading for this week and explain each to the employees.
You will try to assure them that you are working in their best interests and their rights and privileges will be upheld by the healthcare facility.
Be sure to include references to the forces that influence health care delivery and systems, such as legal and ethical issues regarding employment law.
The PowerPoint should include at least 6 slides in length and include at least two references.
The PowerPoint should include visually appealing images to help illustrate your points.
