Read the decision logs attached, and think of an event, occurrence or incident during the course which really helped you to make better decisions. (You can freestyle on your own)

This assessment will comprise 50% of your final grade. This reflection is an individual effort. You are to submit 2000 words as a personal reflection on this incident.  Your essay should be more than aa personal account, you should include how this event helped to achieve the ILOs and how and you should also compare your experiences with what academic sources say about decision making.  These may be from your lectures on the course, sources you have encountered from earlier courses or from your own reading.  In other words, each learning point should be supported from your experience and also from academic sources, and dont forget to evaluate your learning critically. (Meaning you can use outside sources)
