Your final paper in this course includes interviewing a professional from the field of early childhood education. This week you will be conducting your interview and recording the answers in preparation.

Prior to beginning work on this,

Review the Interview  downloadtemplate that you will use to complete this assignment.
Conduct your interview, asking the questions on the template.
In this paper,

Write each interview question and transcribe the answers.
Summarize how you felt conducting this interview by reflecting on the following:
Were you more nervous or more excited to conduct this interview? Why?
How did conducting this interview change or enhance your view of working in the field of early childhood?
Submit your paper to Waypoint.

This paper

Must be three to four double-spaced pages (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Centers Introduction to APA (Links to an external site.) guide.
Must utilize academic voice. See the Academic Voice (Links to an external site.) resource for additional guidance.
Must include a title page formatted in APA Style.
Must document any information from sources in APA Style as outlined in the Writing Centers APA: Citing Within Your Paper (Links to an external site.) guide. Note that sources are not required.
Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center if sources were used. See the APA: Formatting Your References List (Links to an external site.) resource in the Writing Center for specifications.
