The last requirement of your project is to imagine how it would have been received by someone not closely affiliated with the patron. This could be a foreigner visiting the site of your monument, or it could be someone from a different social class or family groupit could even be a modern tourist if you wish. Your avatar must, however, describe and discuss the three elements of the monument (again, as if not closely affiliated with the patron): the patrons identity, the type and configuration of the monument, and its iconography. In effect, this final assignment asks you to assess the success (or lack thereof) of the project through the eyes of another historical actor. Because you need to provide considerable detail, this assignment must be two to three pages in length (typed, double-spaced text in a 12-point font with one-inch margins).
