This final synthesis is to be no more than five to seven pages in length. You may draw upon all of the sources used during this leadership class.  It is important for you to consider the literature, your own understanding and vision of leadership, as well as your perspectives on organizations. You may write about a specific leadership style, or expand on one of your weekly topics. The weekly topics were Organizational culture, Ethically Thinking, Vision Mission, Diversity, Leadership Challenge. Your paper choice is very flexible.

This paper is meant to integrate all that you have covered in the past weeks and should be approached thoughtfully and reflectively.  Three to five references outside the course texts are required.
