Using Microsoft Excel, they will record article-related information in the following format:
Save a file in Microsoft Excel Group Dynamics Literature Synthesis and your first and last name
Name columns for recording key information from assigned and self-selected article:
Citation (aka Reference; Authors last name, year, title, publication) (2 pts.) o Research Purpose (main purpose, objectives, or argument of paper)
Research Questions (research questions, hypothesis, propositions, or constructs)
Research Methods (quantitative [survey], qualitative [case study; literature review], or mixed methods)
Number of Participants
Study Outcome (Key findings, take-aways, insights about group or team dynamics)
Article Strength (your assessment of it) (2 pts.)
Article Weakness (your assessment of it; not to be confused with article limitations explainedby authors)
Review 10 journal articles
Articles can be from the journal articles listed in the course syllabus or those self-selected. The articles need to relate to group dynamics and/or teams
Each Excel row is for each journal entry (10 total entries)
