Compare the principles and tradeoffs inherent in different models of humanitarian relief presented by military-led responses, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and Mdicins Sans Frontires (MSF). Explain their respective origins and behaviors in the context of particular humanitarian crises. Which model do you prefer and why?
