Students are asked to write a two to three-page paper (max 750 words) based on an interview of an individual who identifies as having a disability. Students are to describe the persons experiences of disability and reflect on how the definition of disability as a social construct is reflected in their story. Views and attitudes of disability should be explored.
All applicants go through a series of tests that check their level of English and knowledge of formatting styles. The applicant is also required to present a sample of writing to the Evaluation Department. If you wish to find out more about the procedure, check out the whole process.
