Recount the scariest nightmare that you have experienced. You know the oneyou woke up disoriented, sweating, and choking back a scream. I do not just want to read about the fear, I want to experience it. Bring me into your world through active verbs and sensory description. Make my skin crawl. Make my heart rate increase. Make me wish, at 3 A.M. as I try to fall asleep, that I never assigned this prompt.
