I would like you to watch a recording of the Dean Leadership Institute Guest Speaker, Janet Jackson, which you can access via the link and passcode below.  After watching the recording (approx. 50 minutes) , please write a 1-2 page reflection on what you learned about having and getting a career in the advertising agency.  Be sure to include some of the characteristics or qualities that she thinks are important to have for those interested in working in the industry.  Also, be sure to include information about how the industry is changing. 

If you could EMAIL me your reflection by Friday 4/16 at 5pm, I can give you partial credit (up to 80 points) for the quiz that you missed.
