Remember, your task is not to judge right or wrong.  Like Sandel,  your analysis ought to consider each framework critically, which does leave room for your own point of view.  For example, we get the feeling that Sandel is not a huge supporter of utilitarianism because of two objections:1.  Individual Rights get trampled when you only weigh what most people like and 2) Reducing ethical choices to common currency of value makes robot-like decisions about things that really matter: Love, Beauty, Kindness, Compassion, Decency, Brotherhood, Sisterhood and so forth.
